Benjamin Edwards was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November, 2000 and the
U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, 2005. He is a member of
the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Transportation
Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include transportation, traffic,
employment, real estate, and business law. Ben Edwards focuses on helping
clients save money while building and maintaining the resources they need
to stay in business. For the past eight years, Ben has represented thousands
of commercial and passenger-car licensed drivers in traffic cases in all
courts throughout Ohio, obtaining reductions and dismissals of violations
in the vast majority of cases. In addition to extensive experience in
traffic law, Ben works with trucking companies to ensure compliance with
the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA), International Registration
Plan (IRP), fuel tax and apportioned registration audits, Bureau of Worker's
Compensation, and unemployment compensation cases, as well as business
contracts, real estate, employment, and collections.
