David McClure was admitted to the bar in 1964 and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He has extensive experience in transportation, corporate and business law, real estate, environmental law, mergers and acquisitions and employment law, and in areas of special interest to the petroleum marketing and convenience store industries. Along with Michael E. Moritz in 1971, he was a founding member of Moritz McClure, which ultimately merged with Baker & Hostetler. For twenty years prior to joining our office, he was general counsel to a major regional petroleum marketing and convenience store company.
