John Breen has practiced law since 1982 in Columbus, Ohio. Through early experiences in the attorney general's office until today, his practice has involved a broad array of litigation matters, ranging from local business disputes to multi state, multi-million dollar complex litigation cases. John's practice involves trial level matters in state and federal court, both locally and in other jurisdictions around the country, as well as appeals in the appellate systems. His practice includes transportation litigation, client representation before and against regulatory and government agencies, enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements, real estate acquisitions and disputes, health care company representation, corporate purchases and sales, general corporate planning, and various other areas of corporate practice. He also provides general counsel to small businesses in Ohio and is United States counsel for a European publicly traded company.

John is admitted to practice by the Ohio Supreme Court, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio; Assistant Ohio Attorney General (1983 - 1986); Chester, Wilcox & Saxbe (1986 - 1981); VP/General Counsel, Terminix (1992 - 2000); Law Practice (2000 - present).
